Jes Extender is a tool for penis enlargement with traction. It’s based on the responsiveness of tissues to be subjected to a continuous traction force, which cause cellular multiplication.

The principle of traction is used in tissue expansion in plastic surgery that makes the skin cover coetaneous defects, burns or bald areas. It also applies in distraction osteogenesis for lengthening of shaft bones and falangel.

In ancestral cultures this principle was used to lengthen different parts of the body, like the neck, in Birmania tribes (giraffe women), or lips and ears in tribes from Africa or amazons, where they hang weights to stretch body parts.

Jes-Extender® Extender has a tensile force of 600 to 1500 grams of weight on the penis during continued period of time. Its vector is situated in the penile shaft.

Above mentioned traction creates an adaptive reaction on a structural level of penile tissue components, with an increase in cellular multiplication that translates into the following effects:

• Increase in the total number of cells.

• Increase in the length of the penis in erection and flaccidity.
• Increase in the perimeter of the penile shaft in erection and flaccidity.
• Increase of length and perimeter are permanent results.
• The erectile and orgasmic capacities are not affected.

On the basis of evidence of human tissue response to stretching, a tool is designed to traction the non-Invasive penile elongation Jes-Extender®.

• Basic ring, adjust it around the shaft of the penis, adjacent to the symphysis.
• Two dynamic metal poles hinged to the support ring and connected to silicone that fits around the corona glans at the distal end of the penis.
• By increasing gradually the traction power in the two metal poles apply a power stretching on corpora ranging between 600 and 1.500 g.

• Patients: 18 patient between 23 and 47 years old.
• Inclusión: normal erectile capacity without penile surgery.
• Exclusión: Chronically ill.
• Traction force. 0-2 weeks – 900-1000g 2-24 weeks – 1000-1200g.
• Period of treatment: 12 hours daily, 7 days a week, from 8 to 24 weeks.
• Follow up: every 2 weeks.

The average result of Jes-Extender® treatment was an enlargement of 1, 1 inch in erection after 4 months with a traction power of 1.200 g. The correspondent enlargement in flaccid was 0, 75 inches.
